Monthly Drawing

    As long as funds allow; the Camp Perry Retired Marines will, each month, purchase from Jim Owens JarHeadTop, one Konus 20-60x zoom, 80mm Spotting Scope at his cost.

    On or about the 15th of each month, we will hold a drawing to award that scope to a Junior Team (State Association or Local Club).

    To be eligible for the drawing;

1. Your State Association or local club must be affiliated with the CMP

2. Your State Association or local club must be on our Data Base.

3. Your State Association or local club must send an e-mail to Jim@cpretiredmarines.com with  "Registration for monthly drawings" in the subject line.  The following information is required;

                a. Name of the Your State Association or local club

                b. Name of the person who will be the Point of Contact - POC.

                c. Address of the POC

                d. Phone number of the POC

                e. e-mail address of the POC

4. Your State Association or local club must within 30 days follow up with a letter on it's Letterhead with the information above.

#1 and #4 are required to prevent people from making up a club out of thin air to get in on the drawing.  If and when we get our 501 ( c) 3 status we must make sure this is done right.
